Is it legal for a corporation to contribute to a political action committee?

Sadly, yes. I'd like for us to make that illegal, but it hasn't happened yet. There's no reason for a Corporation to have any say in governing, beyond the votes of its members.

Generally, yes.

Outside of very specific campaign finance laws (which have lots of loopholes), a corporation can give its money to anyone it wants.
