Hello.
Maybe a couple of things...
First of all - the miscarriage may have affected him in an unforeseen way so rather than ask about having another baby ask him about how he feels (yeah, I know - weird asking a guy how he feels!).
Secondly, it may just be that he does not want another baby with you - is your relationship faltering through another issue at all..??
The procrastination he carries on with may mask another deeper issue - it would be a good idea to see if the two of you being together is a good idea first before concentrating on the other items.
It may be that he sees you and all he thinks of is 'baby' and he cannot (for whatever reason) deal with that right now. Make sure that this is not the only things that you go to him about - both of your lives must consist of things other than babies...
Good luck - remember it does not HAVE to be this guy - if it does not work with him it can be someone else.

He is probably scared that it could happen again. I am sure he was excited the first time around with the idea of him being a father and then it just didnt happen. Try to talk to him outside the home, in a different place like a walk around the beach, over dinner at a nice restaurant...

Don't be one of those stupid women that love men that treat them like crap...you need to get away from this guy. He wont help you take care of your baby once you have it. Unless you are financially stable and can take care of a child by yourself, take your birth control pills and don't poke holes in his condom.

He probably hasn't a clue what you're talking about - why not learn to read and write first or at least use a spellchecker.
