Girls generally stop growing about two years after their first menstrual cycle, and boys to about age 18-21, both sexes depending on genetic factors, nutrition, etc.It can vary widely. No, you probably won't continue to grow throughout your college years, but if you do to a large extent, you might want to check with a doctor to be certain you don't have a growth disorder. Those are rare, however.

Yeah, most guys keep growing until they're 22 or 23, but it slows down a LOT, so you probably won't even notice. If you're over 18 then you're definitely past the bone-stretching, leg-cramping agony of 16.

Only outwards. Your real growth is done around 16-17. There are rare instances of growth beyond that, but whatever height you are now, that's it
