I don't think killing yourself or just driving some cars is the best idea. To give your life purpose and prevent yourself from going crazy, I would make a list of a 100 (or maybe more) things I've always wanted to do in life. (These might even include driving a certain car as one of them, but not all of them). This will give your life meaning and you will strive to do these accomplishments.
Additionally if you were the last person on Earth you would have to become a vegetarian and ensure that various factories are still functioning. This would be needed to sustain yourself in terms of food and heat. You would also need to situate yourself near a hospital so you would have access to medical equipment and supplies. You most likely would not survive very long if you are not a trained medical professional.

I'd reside on a beach, create my own temple, and meditate and pray 'til death comes to take me away and then I will finally meet my Maker to whom I have been praying all this time... [even if the whole world dies, God won't... because He is the Greatest and the Only Immortal... so yeah, I am not completely alone!]

First thing I would do is go around and drive some cars that I've always wanted. Then I would grow a garden because eventually I will need to eat something and if nobody is around, then nothing is gretting grown.

I'd get to be naked all the time, even outside!
But seriously, I'd probably go crazy and start talking to myself. I'd get in a truck and go somewhere warm so I wouldn't freeze, and live out my days on a beach somewhere, babbling and raving and eating fruit.

Run around naked, take a joy ride in a Ferrari, crash it into a liquor store, get wasted, and die.
I couldn't take the boredom, but if I'm going out, it's going to involve one or many explosions.

first few days i think i will go look if really onone left.. than i will get use to being alone, than i will get lonely. but how come i can't have just ONE person to be with me??? can i chose just one person to be with for the rest of the time??
