My God yes...I have been so tired today. Yesterday didn't bother me too much, but now that I am back at work I just can't stay awake or stop yawning.

I've heard it messes up a lot of people but it has never affected me. There is statistically speaking a 10% increase in car wrecks the day of daylight savings time.

YES! i lost an hour of sleep..and considering i dont get much sleep anyways, that messes up my schedule for the rest of the week too! and..there is more light all day...which is weird, cuz i get sleepy when there is still light outside.
