A marketing administrator is an employee who manages the marketing plan, activities and strategies for a company. They will be responsible for the day to day implementation of marketing activities.

I used to recruit for these types of people and the job descriptions usually involved sending out mailers, (franking and posting) - updating the computer as to the marketing plan, answering the phone, speaking to other departments or clients etc. And just any admin that the marketing people need doing. Also as a marketing administrator you could be doing something like updating websites etc.
