Are there any over-the-counter medications or other medicines that can be used to improve sperm motility?

My partner took a semen analysis last week and we found out that his sperm are not moving, which is the reason that we have not conceived yet. We are really anxious for a child. Please help!

There aren't. You'll need to go to a urologist to try to figure out what the origin of the problem is.

Even when motility is a problem, ICSI can be a good option.
