I have not had any complications or braxton hicks at least I dont think I have I just get these stabbing pains in my lower abdomen, they only last a second if even that and I only feel them three or four times a day more at night, I feel one then wont feel another for hours and hours, Ive felt these since about 30 weeks. Baby hasnt dropped I dont feel any pressure. What are they? Are they braxton hicks or the baby moving or what?

You are most likely experiencing Round Ligament pain. Because your uterus is stretching so much, it puts a lot of pressure on ligaments, making them stretch too quickly and causing pain. I experience this type of pain every once in a while, only it last for an hour solid. Most people experience for a few seconds. It is usually on the right side of your abdomen and about even or a little lower than your navel. Laying on your side helps and try to not make any sudden movements.
Good luck!

It's the baby laying on the nerve cells! Don't worry. It happened to me also. It feels like a stinging little pinches kind of right? Your ok!

i thin Braxton Hicks are more of a crampy, tightening pain than a stabbing one. could be all the stretching that your boby has had to do?
