STP is standard temperature and pressure. 25 degrees C and 1 atmosphere or pressure. Now if 19 grams of whatever gas Fsub2 is contains a mole, then the answer is A ans D. A is the Ideal gas law stating that 1 mole of any gas contains 22.4 L @ STP. D refers to Avogadros law, 1 mole of any substance contains 6.02x10^23 molecules.

Probably has something to do with Temperature and Pressure. I would check around for that.
Or it has to do with a rockin band we came to know in the 90s.
