Subway turkey sandwiches, salad, fish, and broccoli -

I'm assuming water is a freebie...

And it's not even that I especially love these foods over a hundred different things, (although turkey Subway sandwiches rock), but I would force myself to choose only healthy things so that I would become lean, trim, and healthy... and stay that way.

I would select chicken (because it can be cooked a variety of ways and still taste great), water (because it too can be used a variety of ways), Potato, and bread.
