one friend of mine told that it is a slavery in a different level. can u express ur views.

It's only slavery if your friend is being forced to work there. I'm pretty sure your friend is free to quit at any time. I can understand that it's mundane work, and I also understand there's a lot of pressure put on the people who work at call centers...but I wouldn't call it slavery.

look up the definition of employee.... then explain to him/her what work means...

also tell her if she thinks that is hard to try working in fast food and then she will be grateful to go back to her "call center" job.

it is hardly slavery and from my experience the pay isn't half bad

only if they are forced to work w/o pay.....as far as I know those people have a choice to work there or not
