I can't go a week without selling or buying something. I feel a little empty inside if I check my mailbox and there isn't any packages there.

Not addicted at this point thank goodness. I do search, watch, and buy but have this under control. It is real easy it get caught up in tracking and buying deals on eBay. I started buying gifts that I could not find locally or those really unique items for some special. After a while, I spent several hours buying things that I really didn't need but were 'great buys'. I have since resold them and didn't lose anything or go broke. I am only 5'2" and there are very few petite stores or selection where I live so clothes are always on radar. I've gotten that 'if I don't bid now someone else will get it' out of my system.
You need to get some help. If nothing else step away from the PC; do not go to eBay for at least a month or two. Find other things to occupy your time. Figure out how much money you have spent and what you have for it - does it make sense? It will help with the feelings and withdrawal. I hope you get past this empty feeling. There are some great buys out there but you really cannot keep buying things if they don't make sense.

no, not to Ebay cause i am tired of them...their prices are too high now...i can get way better prices by surfing the internet...in the beginning there might have been deals to be had but anymore....naww...occassionally i might go there to get some new collectibles that i know i am going to pay full price for either way just because i know i won't find them anyplace else.
I am addicted to the internet in general tho....your probably addicted to the same..i think you have a specific attachment to ebay is all as well as endless credit as a result of selling evidently...your hopefully just breaking even? I too love getting the packages...as long as there is something of value in them! But alot of the packages i order are sent to friends or family.

A couple of years ago I was but not now. I used to love looking for teaching things. I'm over it. I never got into selling things though.

I used to be. I used to love browsing for stuff I wanted, but now there are to many spammed "deal" auctions or spammed items that are too expensive; so it's annoying looking through the pages.
