Treat her and yourself to a day at the local spa. Get your hair done, your nails done, a massage, a facial, etc. The only limit is your budget. Doing it with her will make it fun and so special. Afterward, go get some grub at a chic local eatery or coffee at a cool coffee shop.

If she is into shopping for fashion then maybe you should get her a gift card from wet seal......They have a lot of good clothes..If she is not into those things at all then just buy her shoes......And when you are done shopping for her maybe she wouldn't like to have surpise partys cause she is too old for it now so ask your mom if she could have a sleepover party with her friends i know girls likes that a lot.....Also you should give her a birthday card from macys they are way cute and it is really cool to read them......

How about getting her a gift certificate from her favorite store, so she can buy what she wants? I'd also take her somewhere nice for lunch, provided that you are older & can drive. If not, have a parent take you, drop you off, & pick you up later.

I vote for the gift certificate. It will make her feel grown up to have "Money " of her own to spend.
