i didnt know that my sister was going to do the washing and she didnt check my pocket and my i pod was in side it and it got all wet so is there any chance of taking it to a shop to get fixed or wont it be able to get it fixed

First of all, DON'T TRY TO TURN IT ON. Leave it on a windowsill somewhere in the sun for about 2 days (it'll be tempting to keep trying to turn it on, but don't!) to let it dry out.
Most of the time, if it's just water, the electronics inside will still be fine as long as it dries first, but if you've tried turning it on, there's a good chance it could get fried.

but what I would do is pull it apart and put it back together, but I am good at that stuff, it will not work for ever but it might work agian

you may be ok, put it somewhere in the warm, like the airing cuboard, it may come alive when it drys up,
