okay my question wasnt thourough enough im looking into getting a car for streetracing and suggestions?

The car with the most potential for straight street racing is the 96-2007 Honda Civic Coupe. Almost every major manufacturer of racing equipment sells a variety of mild to wild to modify these cars. In addition the engines and transmissions are interchangeable with the Acura Integra series which gives the builder even more options.

street racing?
It depends on how much money you have to spend and what sort of street racing. There are cars that are good for the drag strip and there are other cars that are so called " dyno -queens" that are better suited to highway racing where maximum HP is king.
If you plan on running from a dig then your best bet is to get something like a mustang , camaro, GTO, etc.. that has alot of torque, rear wheel drive, and alot of upgrades available.
If you are a highway racer and you only care about top speed, you might be better served getting something a little more aerodynamic that will take a turbocharger and withstand alot of boost. A car like the Toyota Supra comes to mind, but it's hard to come by. Mustangs and other muscle cars can do this job fairly well but they are generally not very aerodynamic and suffer greatly at high speeds.

Street racing you say? Thank you for helping. When you come to the impound yard to get it back, bring cash, proof of ownership, a current insurance card, and your license to drive.
That's assuming that law enforcement didn't put a hold on it.
