don't worry, you're still growing. most kids grow taller than their parents, and boys only stop growing at 21 (although after 18 they slow down). eat healthy food (fresh fruit/vegetables; not too much sugar) and calcium because your bones are still growing. exercise can make you stronger, but if you go over the top it can stunt your growth (specially bodybuilding). don't take synthetic protein supplements - they can damage your normal development.

you don't have to fit in with the ideals of being a tall white male to be a cool person. if people are judging you because of your height they're not worth your time anyway. but you could try wearing solid dark colours that aren't too baggy to look taller.

Of course you can. You are only 16 and most guys actually "can" grow untill the early 20s. Take my advice:

Join a gym and start getting plenty of cardio exercise (running, cycling etc) on a regular basis

Take up a martial art like Tae-Kwon-Do or Kung-Fu

Drink at least 10 - 15 glasses of water every day and try and get at least 8-10 hours of sleep on a daily basis (water and sleep are good for growth)

By a foot roller (u know the accupreassure device) because that will ensure that your body continues to produce growth hormone. U must use it for at least half hour every day. I usually use mine before going to sleep.

Eat foods that are rich in protein because one can only have healthy functioning testosterone (required for growth hormone) if one has sufficient protein intake. This means u need to consume the following: Eggs, Chicken, Pork, Fish, Milk, Lentils, Soya, Quorn, Dry fruit etc.

Try and do a bit of yoga and other stretching exercises.

Good Luck.

You will continue to grow until you are at least 18. However, it's not likely you will be taller than your tallest parent.

You're still young, so you should probably grow more as you get older.

I guess you could try wearing platform shoes for an instant fix. :)
