why won't this question show on the question list?

I've deleted and reposted it a number of times, and it does not pop up on the list?

I don't know. I think it's a fair question to ask. I don't see anything wrong with it. Maybe the format?

i seen it and some answers,i just chose not to answer it. sometimes it seems to take forever for questions to show.
