I have a Bachelors in Engineering Technology but I'm just looking for anything that pays more than $16.02/hr.

Freedoma586 is absolutely correct about starting with the Employment Services site. Not everyone knows that the State service are available to anyone, regardless of if they are on unemployment.
They are also a good avenue for the jobs that the search engines never hear about and also the jobs that because they are state or federally funded are required to be posted on the State system.
In addition most of the search engines can be filtered to view by area and job type. Indeed.com which I list in my sources are very good and pull in information from all the major job search engines.
