Tell whether the HL theorem can be used to prove the triangle congruent. If so, explain your answer. If not, write 'Not possible.'

HL stands for Hypotenuse / Leg

thus if the hypotenuse (side opposite the right angle) are congruent and either set of legs are congruent, then the triangles are congruent. I don't have a picture of the triangle you are looking at to see....

Yes, since MW parallel to JP, there is another right angle.
