yes the thing that surprised me was of course to lower the amount of tuna but that I was not allowed deli meat.
so make sure you talk to you dr. there may be some foods that they recommend not eating I personally would advise to stay away from peanut butter as they just expanded the first recall, and there may be more coming as the testing continues.

Go ahead. Make sure the can is not bulging. This is a sign of botulism and is dangerous. You can eat peanut butter, everything that was contaminated has been pulled from the shelves. Your immune system is actually in overdrive right now. After all, you are carrying another person inside you. Good luck. If you are in doubt what to eat, look up the book, "What To Expect WHen You Are Expecting." Great book. It has lots of usefull information in it.

Yes, I know some of them have a lot of salt and if you start swelling you might want to watch the salt intake. But other than that your fine.

i advise you not to do that. you might catch botulism, not good
for you and the unborn child.
