Not to worry. You won't feel pregnant for a while. Just take it easy and pray.

Don't worry - I didn't even know I was pregnant with my first until I was 9 weeks. Even at 9 weeks they still may not hear a heartbeat. Although if they don't they may do an ultrasound to see the heart beat. If they don't ask them to do one. With my second they didn't hear the heartbeat at 10 weeks, so they did one and saw it. The nurse said sometimes they are just laying where you can't hear it. Just relax(I know its hard ) but you have a long way to go.

I didn't "feel" pregnant for A LONG time!!! I didn't really show until i was about 15 weeks, and then it was only when i pushed my clothes firmly against my belly. I never had morning sickness or any other symptoms of pregnancy, until my belly got big!!! Just follow your doctors advice. Hopefully you'll feel better after you hit the 12 week mark when the chances of something happening to the pregnancy significantly decreases! Good luck!

It could be a "low lying placenta" or "placenta previa" .. I had this!
I started bleeding bright red blood at 15 weeks .. went to the ER (hystrical, because I thought I was losing my baby) .. they did an ultrasound, baby was perfect and the bleeding was because I have a "low lying placenta". I then (for 4 weeks) continued spotting brown. It does not affect the baby whatsoever. The doctor said 96% of people who have a "low-lying" placenta in early pregnancy will clear itself up and will be perfect by full term and will have a normal vaginal delivery. Worse case scenerio is that if the placenta doesn't move up (from your uterus expanding as your tummy grows) .. then in that 4% you will have to have a c-section. But you will still have a healthy baby :)
I then went in for my 18 week ultrasound .. and no more low-lying placenta!! it's completely normal!! no spotting .. nothing! it was as if I never had it :)
I've known SEVERAL women who had this (some spotted, some didn't) and EVERY one of them cleared up by term and deliverd their babies vaginally! It's so very common in early pregnancy. Don't stress about it. I stressed myself retarded when it happend to me. I'm now 23 weeks pregnant with a very healthy baby boy!
Hang in there .. and relax :)
good luck! God bless!

Dont worry...you may not feel pregnant for a while!! I know I can say dont worry...but I worry and I am 35 weeks this week!!! If you really want too...get or rent a heartbeat monitor from babybeat.com. You may not be able to find it every time but as you move along it will help you with worry!!! They are only 25.00 a month and well worth it!!!

try not to stress (i know thats impossible) but stressing out isn't going to help anything. try to think positive. your only 9 weeks your not going to feel any thing until about 12 weeks. just take a deep breath, look at some of these rediclous questions & have a good laugh. im sure you & your baby are fine.

I would just call him/her and tell them that you are really concerned. If they say to just relax, and not to worry about it, then I would tell them again that you would just feel better if they would just let you come in to see if everything is okay. Let them know that this stress can't be good for you even if there is nothing wrong. If they still don't see it your way, then consider finding a new OB.-Good Luck!!!
