I have installed "Powered Keylogger 1.20" on computer, and after I have finished all installation, I tried secret pass to enter to the program. However, by doing that, my computer restarts everytime I enter the pass. I cannot uninstall it. What can I do?

Keyloggers are designed to be stealthy, so removing them (or even seeing them) typically can't be done in the normal fashion. Go to start-run and type in "msconfig". This will bring up your startup information. Search the startup programs and non-microsoft services for the keylogger software, then disable it. Reboot, then go to the directory you installed the program in (I assume it will be a hidden, system folder). Delete/uninstall it from there.
If you can't accomplish this, then get out your documentation, or visit the provider's website, for instructions to uninstall.

Click "Start" > "All Programs" and see if you could find "Powered Keylogger 1.20" in the list. A shortcut to the uninstaller may be listed there.

If not, follow the instructions for posting a HijackThis log here: http://malwaremedic.suddenlaunch3.com/index.cgi?board=Logs&action=display&num=1135140266 and I will walk you through a manual uninstall. Stop after posting the Hijack This log. Do not go any further with the instructions.

Try using system restore to restore your computer to an earlier time. If that does not work you can try booting your computer in safe mode and removing it that way.

Have you tried going into safe mode and uninstalling it?
