Personally i think that it is appalling that young girls today feel pressured into being stick thin, Selling size 0 clothes does NOT help. Okay, so im alright with people who are naturally thin, it's not their fault, but it makes girls feel as though they should be thinner. Recently my best friend and her boyfriend split up because he was uncomfortable about her being a size 12, I mean surely isn't it about the girl who's inside?! Don't get me wrong, i'm not saying anything against males, because as us females know we do it too! Were all so stereotypical i wish that looks didn't matter at all and that people would see the real person. Sorry to rant on but i wondered what other people think. Do you think size 0 is ok? Personally i would never change my size to suit someone of the opposite sex and i wouldn't expect anyone to change for me. Be comfotable about your bodies, that's the best way to look great!

If one looks at famous paintings by world known painters, one would see all the beauties were well rounded. The skinny type women of today are simply the result of these women following the trend, which are mainly imposed by companies, manufacturers, fashion houses & magazines wanting to generate more business.
When a woman shows personality, character, confidence, good manners, educated, well spoken... she is very attractive to all, skinny or not.

Size 0 is okay for those who are naturally that small. But no-one should ever aspire to be a size 0, that is just messed up.

Sorry to say this, but your friend's ex-bf is a jerk......size 12 is a perfectly okay size. That is what annoys me about bringing in such small sizes, it gives the impression that normal sizes are suddenly big, when they are perfectly normal.

I totally agree with you, people should be comfortable in their bodies and not change their size for anyone except themselves.

Take care : )
