where he can write down everytime that he inspects the truck, according with his employer by law this log book has to be kept and show it to the cops in case if they pull him over. He says there is an standard form already created. I went to myflorida.com and looked but I couldn't find anything, can someone help me?

All truck stops sell log books. They should be used by anyone driving a commercial vehicle in my opinion.

ANY truck stop will have log books for sale, or at least SHOULD... also I have seen many truck parts stores carry them. if nothing else, look here to see what it looks like:

try fla.dot regulations. your husband not only needs to inspect but keep a log of his time driving ,breaks and maintenance records

A trucker can be seriously fined if he or she does not carry the log forms/book.
