Ive created a layout for bolt2.com and I can't see the background, I have put in a url for a picture and everything. The picture seems to be there. I put trsparent for all the tables. I don't know what seems to be the problem how do i fix it.

It's difficult to say what's the problem without seeing the code. But most probably either the URL to picture is wrong or there is some mistake in the HTML/CSS syntax.
In Firefox, right click and say "View background image" -- see if you can actually see the image. If you're using relative path to the image, view source of the rendered page in the browser, and see if the path given to background image is correct.
Also, check the syntax. It should be something like:
