Good question! I've been interested in finding the same thing and unfortunately can't find anything in my area. But with that said, I have gained most of my knowledge by researching ancient cultures and how women of their time embellished themselves with ingredients from nature. I have shelves of books and am always looking for new recipes. Everything I make I test it on my self first before I give to anyone else. So far no disasters. The one downfall is the cost of certain ingredients can get a little pricey, if purchased by retail. (ex; health food stores) . But good luck on your search and maybe something will come up!!
