well I jog,walk, do 3 diffrent things for my abs, ride bikes, play tennis,lift weights,squats, and do the calf thingy's I dont know the name of them....but if I had someone to do it with it would be alot more fun....... Russell.

I walk 4 miles everyday during the week and 5 miles everyday on the weekends.
In addition, I jump on the elliptical occassionally.
I also like to stay active, like dancing, tec. While not exercising in the traditonal sense of the word, it certainly helps!

I dance for 3 hours, do 50 situps, jog for 30 minutes, work my arms with 2 20-pound weights for 5 minutes, do 25 pushups, and 100 jumping jacks a day

Because I am a diabetic, I try to walk at least 1 hour a day. But that is about it unfortunately. Oh yes of course I forget I also do finger excersises!!!

I weight train 5 times a week working at least one body part each day. I try to get into doing cardio but find it bores me too quickly to have any real benefits.

Yes I do...I go to my gym and exercise for 1 hour...then I sit my fat @ss in front of the computer for the rest of the day!

Starting yesterday I do. I jogged 2 miles (very slowly) and then I lifted some light weights for my arms, and also 90 crunches.

I jog sporadically. I do a lot of sit ups and i'm doing arm exercises to build muscles in my arms.

Everyday- I enjoy the 8 min workouts. Nothing is more inspiring than a buff guy in leotard. But there is something strangely encouraging about him...

I run, I work on my muscles (legs, stomach, and butt), I'm a belly dancer, and we believe that muscle movements are better than skeletal movements, so I have to exercise every day
