Not much........but it's not as bad as some I've seen on here!! Is Shay the middle name? or the last name? is it a boy or a girl?
If Shay is the middle name, you could do better!! sounds like Shea Stadium..but if it's your last name, Keely MAY not be so bad.........it just sounds so androgynus (not sure of the spelling!).....and stop to think of any nicknames that could arise from Keely;..........sorry to be so down; it is an original name, but the gender ID issue would bother me as a parent!1

Otherwise no. There is a tv personality named Keeley Shay Smith.
Any keeley, kaylie, kayley, kaley, kylie, kylee....is an extremely overused name in the US.
