Also... By low blow I mean shots between the legs, etc, that are illegal merely due to male competitors' specialized sensitivity to such things.

If it is just women playing, then yes, there should be special rules. However, if it is a game usually played by men and both sexes are playing, then the woman should be willing to play by the traditional rules and whatever comes her way. I am a woman and I have always believed that a woman should be treated as a lady. but if the woman wants to act as a man, then she should expect to be treated as one. By the way, this is Ms. Johnny.

No. In all combat sports, low blows are not legal. Gender makes no difference. It is not a legal target area.
Punches to the chest are legal though.
