You could tell facts about the drugs, history of them, or why they are wrong or ok to use. If you want a persuasive essay, you should take one side and encourage your audience to feel the same way. For example:
Although performance-enhancing drugs implemented in sports improve the participants' overall vitality and other athletic attributes, such drugs may later produce harmful side effects.
This is only an example. I hope that this helps!

I would go with definition, cause/effect and examples of what happens to people when they use Performance Enhancing Drugs. Especially if you're trying to persuade someone it's wrong/immoral, those are the one I'd go with. For your thesis you could do something like: Performance Enhancing Drugs, they might make people play better, but is it worth it? Eh, that's not very good, but something along those lines.

It should be how people stay fit when their active. I think you should use a conpare and contrast essat to ditermine how fit and how unfit people when they eccercise or when they don't.
