Kind heart doesn't mean that it is Selfless. There might be some reason to help other so probably it is Selfish but kind.

I believe if you have a Kind heart that you also have a selfless heart. They go hand and hand.

helping some one you dont know has to be a kind heart unless there is something init for you so you'd be doing the selfish thing or helpin your self
