she had already attempted suicide 4 times ,she is psychotic depressed , her parents are against any treatment ,they have already jailed my parents in false cases , what shall i do ?

i have saved her in all her last attempts ,but i cant be with her 24hrs, in india legal laws will just cripple me if anything wrong happens!!!!!

The very first thing you should is to keep all her Medical reports in your save custody. Take her to a renowned Physiatrist preferably in a renowned government hospital. Get her treated there with her history regarding suicidal tendency completely mentioned in her admission sheet, signed by the chief physiatrist. If she is kept in a mental sanatorium for treatment let her be sent there & all her medical reports should be kept in your safe custody. Whatever her parents say just need not inform them about this medical treatment as what I can make out from your facts they are not interested in her medical treatment but want to put you in trouble. After her proper treatment get her discharged from hospital/sanatorium only when the chief physiatrist gives in writing that she is fully treated for her physiological problem completely. If you follow these steps no one can blame you as an abettor for any suicide if ever she does & succeed in future as you will be having enough evidence to prove your innocence. Why a person get involved as an abettor for suicide when he is unable to prove his innocence & all circumstances points towards him for this offence. But with all these medical records you can always show your innocence which will protect you from any legal liabilities.

you need to get off the computer and check her into a hospital right away. you also need a PI to get your parents out of jail and prove that you are innocent. ignore her parents' wishes of no treatment because she needed to be in the hospital after the first attempt.
another thing to think about: if she REALLY wanted to die, why didn't it work the first time? if she really wanted to die she would have made sure that her plan would work and didn't leave room for error.

i don't understand why you will be jailed for her suicide attempts....but if this is the case then surely you can do something to get her the help she needs......she obviously needs to be put in some kind of mental hospital for her own safety......if the parents have the responsibility....then why aren't they the ones facing jail time?

What? Get her the treatment she needs. As here husband you have the final say in her treatment. Who gives a crap what the parents say. This questions seems fishy to me.

Where do you live? It sounds like she has major problems. How can you be responsible for another persons actions? Try to have her commited to a psyc. ward and get her some help.

can u legally get a divorce from her, as if she wants to kill herself eventually she is going to secede with it. best to leave her if u can. how can u be held responsible for her doings? makes no sense at all. has she gotten therapy, or some medication to help her moods?

Well first of all this is not your fault.. I think you shold have her ommited into a hosipital, if not have her put in restraints when you are away from her. I feel real bad for you, it is not fair, can you not just leave her!

i think of that your being so egocentric. I recommend shes your spouse dude. Like she loves you and you think of its o.k. which you F*$ok her perfect buddy? How the hell do you thinks she feels?? How might you experience in the experience that your pregnant female buddy went and f*$ok your brother??? Or perfect buddy???? you would be able to desire to get a job. && be a guy. what form of guy lives off of his spouse? To be elementary i think of your a loser and you published the incorrect ingredient.
