im lookin to improve pretty much bit of me at the moment,
ive joined the gym, ive had a new hair cut, im improvin ma skin and ma hair now, all i need to know the best way to relax, im constantly worryin and stressed and i aint the sort of person who likes to sit around, so any relaxin tips, something new too, loads of ideas would be great
also ive been thinkin about gettin a massage done, do u recon id be able to sit through it, considerin i cant sit still for long enough?!

When I'm stressed I go and play some chill out music (Enya is just great). Thats it really. Joining the Gym is a good idea, taking care of your self and rewarding your self that little bit more is also a great pleace to start as you mentioned.

how about joining clubs? like a book club or martial arts club? a fitness class maybe? or try rock climbing! that's cool. mmm. driving around new places with your friends is cool too. :-) have a good time!

I like to read nice books on grammar and vocabulary and sentence syntax.
