Last year, a baby was born with two heads. If you had a baby like that, what would you do? Would you give it up for adoption, keep it, or kill it?

It depends. If having two heads does not affect the baby's health then it can live a long life. You just don't go around killing things becuase they do not fit in the social norm. First that's immoral and second it is most likely illegal. However, if the baby will have ill effects and perhaps not live for very long (ie. a year to live), then the medical professionals would help to make a decision. An easy way of solving the problem is to have a hospital surgically remove one of the heads. If the baby does not survive or if the baby lives your decision is made up for you.

I would probably keep it...god does mysterious things in our lives..if he gave you a double headed baby it would make you different...Honestly it would be hard having people stare all the time but hey youshould love your child regardless in any condition.

Says Not found.But anyway, I would never kill my own child despite it's disabilities.Just because they are different doesn't mean they can't have a chance at life.

I would love the baby all its life.
Quite special, in my opinion.
There are babies with 2 heads (siamese) who live successful lives.
Obviously I wouldn't kill him/her....that is illegal.

I would like to think that I would never harm my child..despite what he/she looks like... But, I think I'd have to be in that situation. Don't want to pass judgement on anyone who's had to make a heartbreaking decision like that before.

just pray that its not a decision you ever have to make!!
i think you could only answer this if you had been in that position! we could say i wouldn't keep it now but once pregnant that is still your baby so tough one to decide without actually going through it!!

Hopefully we'll never be in that situation. But if I were, I would certainly not "kill it." I would love him/her and care for him/her as long as he/she was with me.
