Really depends on where exactly in Manila you are and your budget. We had ours at the Legend Hotel a few paces along Robinsons Pioneer. It's a small hotel with a party package for children. Includes giveaways, entertainment, video (3rd party) referral and of course food and venue. Went for I think P150/head minimum of 50 people. We preferred this since we have the venue all for ourselves, and parking was readily available both for us and our guests. Also, as a plus, we had free use of the pool for everyone after the party.
