I was giving supervised visitations with my children because my ex-wife said I would try to run with them. Which she used twice before in 2001,2003. It was set for review in 6mts..its now going on 16mts and everytime we go to court the Judge will not let me say hardly anything.I do not have a lawyer now,
the last 3 times I've gone for review the Judge says I have to pay x-amount of dollars by the end of the day or I go to jail.I owe for Feb.and the first 2 wks of march. She will not let me discuss the visitation at ALL.please help if you can

It is unfair but to be heard it will take an attorney speaking on your behalf. Visitation and child support are not supposed to be related to each other so if your ex is saying otherwise, she is wrong. If it is the judge, then you need an attorney more than ever.

If you are low income check to see if there is an indigent legal service office in your area that will charge based on income. If not, look for an attorney that will accept payments. Some do.

Good luck.

You need a lawyer. You have not put in enough info for anyone to give you any type of advise. The only thing I can tell you is to document everything. Keep a journal and you can use it to refresh your memory in court. If you are not paying child support you need to start and pay it on time.

first of all...would u run? if the answer is no get a lawyer now even if its a public defender. the reason the judge is so hard on u is b-cuz u dont have a lawyer + its showing the judge ur cheap + dont want financial stability. otherwise if u think ur gonna lose the case...take kids + run like hell.

get a lawyer now. If u dont have the money now, he might be able to extend the day the money is due
