Congrats on your pregnancy!
I have gone through this a few times. even today. im 23 weeks and it just does not feel right... but i know what it is. i have a empty bladder and i have had a GOOD BM. (tmi.. sorry) its just how it is sometimes. When you have all that going on down there, it kinda puffs ya out a little bit.
Try eating a little something, getting up, moving around... get the blood flowing and going in your body...
And talk to your baby... start rubbing your little bundle and 'become one with the belly' just because yo dont 'feel' it does not mean that s/he is not there... so even during these 'quiet times' we can still enjoy our little pumkins. :)

Even though my kids are older (8 & 17), I wanted to respond. I wouldn't worry about it. During pregnancy, there is often fluid retention. Because you were showing more before and are flat today, it is likely that part of what was showing was fluid retention and bloating. That's common. Since you are barely past 3 months, you aren't expected to show much anyway, and it likely is mostly bloating or fluid retention that you noticed when you appeared to be bigger. Believe me, it won't be long and you will be noticeably pregnant.
If you have not had any bleeding, then you are still pregnant. I've had a miscarriage before and trust me - when you miscarry, you will know it. There will be spotting, then a lot of bleeding. I just want to reassure you that unless you have pain and cramping and/or bleeding, I wouldn't be too concerned. You body is going through a lot of changes right now and swelling and fluid retention are common symptoms of pregnancy. If you are really worried however, you should call your doctor's office and tell a nurse your concerns. They are happy to tell you if you need to be concerned or not. In the meantime, I wish you all the best with your pregnancy!

I'm coming to the end of my first pregnancy and know that it is so easy to get paranoid about things your at the stage now where you are starting to show so your body is going to change dramatically within the next several weeks and as your baby is only small your belly wont be hard yet so it is possible for you to change shape often.
remember the main thing is you've herd the heartbeat everything is OK just enjoy it.
good luck

this sounds normal esp since you are getting into your second trimester and your hormones are starting to level out that you may not experience as much symptoms. Also at this point it is normal for your belly to change size as you will get bloated at times and then it will go down the next day. It sounds like everything is healthy otherwise so I would just enjoy feeling good, cause trust me you will feel pregnant again. Best of luck!

Maybe you were bloated yesterday? Just a thought. I didn't feel pregnant until my stomach really poofed out there. If you are still concerned, call your OB, maybe they will let you run over real quick to hear the heartbeat. That will always lift your spirits! Congrats on the pregnancy!! :)

It is totally normal to feel like this. From about 14-17 weeks I didn't feel pregnant except for my constant nausea. It's nothing to worry about. Pretty soon you'll start feel the baby moving and you'll know everything is ok.

You are fine. I have had 2 boys and everyone is different. But maybe what happened is the baby is more to your back side and that's why you dont look pregnant. You will be fine... Things always change.. Good luck with your baby...

If you are really worried, you can call your doctor or even stop by and they will check the heartbeat for you.
