If I knew the eprson i would say something. A stranger though? no way because I wouldn't want them to think I was looking down there.

I'd have to tell them, because I had it happen to me a few times. It's the polite thing to do, but if your not polite, then you should wait until they are far enough away so they can't hear you laughing at them.

if you were a friend you would tell them that their fly was down. if you were a best friend you would laugh then later tell them lol.
