Nicotine stained vinyl blinds...?

What is the best product, soap, or solution for cleaning nicotine stained vinyl blinds (without having to remove them)?

Dawn and warm water with a good scrub brush.

However, it would be better to remove them and soak in the bath tub, less scrubbing and the strings will also get clean. If removed use some laundry detergent for babies, like Dreft or mild such as Cheer.

May even want to think about replacing, not that expensive and would save elbow grease.

Clorox Cleanup. It's got bleach in it and some other things to help remove tough stains. Plus it leaves a great smell afterwards. You're whole house will smell fresh!

Then stop smoking in the house.

I rigged up the bar in my shower with the u part of wire coat hangers. Place blind on those spray with foam bathroom cleaner let sit just 2 min and spray with HOT water. Ready to hang in 5 min. You can also rig outside.

I use 2 parts white vinegar and 1 part warm water. Put in a spray bottle, shake well and spray on.

I would use your regular household cleaner and warm water. Just put them in the bathtub to soak for a bit before scrubbing.

I put mine in the tub with hot bleach water. Soak them , use rubber gloves and wipe with a rag if needed, rinse, hang to dry. I hang them outside to drip dry, then re-hang. It works great.

vynil blinds are so cheap... its usually just better to replace them.

Appx $3 for an average blind or an hr to clean it... Once you start trying to clean the smoke residue off the blind you are committed to finishing (or replacing the blind) and they are a royal pain to clean.
