Meatloaf mashed taters & gravy and corn, biscuts. That should fill him up and the kids will like it also. Send him some meatloaf samwhiches in his lunch tomorrow.

haha I think you should make chicken broccoli alfredo. It's so easy and so good, fattening though can't eat it more than like once a month.
