There originally one planned, the Mystical Seed of Courage. It was canceled and it eventually turned into the Minish Cap. I think the secret quest in the oracle games involves Farore, I'm not sure.

I have wondered this myself. It would be great if there was one for Farore. Zelda Oracle of seasons and ages were great and I just don't know why there could not be another one like it.
