Voice recognition. Because if you have an accent (Louisiana here!) you have to repeat EVERYTHING! I like it when I can just press 0, and, hello!, real person.

Voice Recognition is not bad...ITS GREAT!! To be fair, I've only used AT&T's but it worked great.

I guess the voice recognition can't understand a Texas/Utah accent either. "I'm sorry, I didn't understand your last response" Did you say 'Another option'?" "No, stupid machine, I said 'Prescription refill'" Argh!

arrghhh I don't know that damn lady can never understand me because my house is so loud someone's always talking in the background. Know what I do...I always hit 0 continually till a real person gets on the phone....

They are both very annoying! They make me think there is not a real person anywhere. Kinda like Yahoo... just computers!
