I use my electric mixer EVERY DAY for mixing cakes! I am a cake decorator professionally and I wouldn't live without a mixer!

It is on my counter taking up valuable space. You are right. I should put it in the cabinet. I make a cake once in a blue moon now.

I still use mine on occasion. Ask a question about my Salad Shooter. That's my personal favorite small appliance.
