Your nausea could be from your uterus pressing on your stomach. I remember when I was pregnant with my daughter if I didn't eat slowly after 6 months, I would tend to overeat and feel just awful because my stomach was smaller (baby pressing up on stomach) so I had to eat smaller meals.
Try eating smaller meals more frequently and eating slower to see if that doesn't help the nausea go away.

My morning sickness appeared in full force at about 6 months and lasted into the 8th month.
Try changing your prenatal vitamin. Those things, especially store-bought, can cause bad nausea.
Ask your obgyn for a prescription vitamin that helps against nausea.
Or just ask for an antinausea prescription. If it gets really bad, you can get a special antinausea med meant for chemotherapy patients' nausea. It works like a charm, but your doc has to give the pharmacy written permission...not just a prescription.

I had nausea the entire time during both of my pregnancies. It's just your body :) There's no cure and no way to determine when or if it will happen. Some people are lucky enough never to be sick one minute! (I envied those people LOL) Many times it's because the baby is pushing up on the gall bladder and the acid is backing up into your esophagus. Just grin and bear it the best you can!

Don't worry I have the same problem. It's just how your body reacts to the increasing hormones. I've been sick every since week 8 and now I'm 30 weeks. My doctor gave me a prescription, but it doesn't work so we just have to deal with it unfortunately. Congrats on your pregnancy, good luck and God bless.
