Why don't you try a voluntary work travel scheme? The idea might be a bit daunting but anyone thats been travelling will tell you its the best thing they ever did and not an opporunity to miss out on. If you couple it with a voluntary scheme you'll gain some great experience and automatically work on your social and communication skills as well as knowing you've done something really worthwhile. It's also something employers love to see as it shows character so might be useful if you ever change jobs, and also, think of the memories! just search the internet to or voluntary work and graduate travel schemes. Personally, if you've already done a degree I would go for that.

Try a public speaking course at the local comunity college, or maybe a theatre class. Anything in the lower bracket of communications would be good for you..

you might also try reading some books by Dale Carnagie or Tony Robbins... they can realy help you

It seems to me that you need to consider taking some communication classes. You have the knowledge needed for a career but you need to learn to possess people skills. Consider going for your any masters program, but that has a strong communication courseload.
