specific i admire the dark and dreary, spider webs and sparkling eery candles are my distinctiveness! as long because of the fact the assassin became into caught i'd be positive! i'd convey fits and seek for some previous candles, a super kind of food so i does not starve and a few blankets to maintain myself heat and that i'd be positive. the money would purely be an advantage. BQ: not that super not that undesirable BQ2:specific I even have fallen down, tripped and gotten bashed, bruised, scraped and decrease lots this week, i'm form of a klutz.

I would go in even lower

remeber you can always offer a higher bid if rejected, but you can't offer a lower one!

You never know, if the place has been on the market for a while you could be in there

Speaking as someone whose house is on the market for £265k, I would say no! Stamp Duty threshold may go up on 21st March.

I thought you could offer £250 for the house and the extra could be paid separately. This is done where you purchase fixtures and fittings separately.

Not sure if this is still alowed though so ask your estate agent.

go for it. That's why it has been priced so close to 250k. Expect trade off in what is included though.
