no not at all it depends on where you live and housing availability in the area i pay 500 a month for a small 2 bed room 1 bath on 1 acer of land in south Carolina housing cost's are on the rise be thankful i would rent it in a heart beat for that amount

It does sound a little to high. But if the mobile home is on just land is it out in the country or in the city? That all depends as well.

no that is reasonable. Its on land. You have access to a yard. The average rent in a park is about $250-600 depending on location.
