is bob baker retiring soon? and if so, will the show be retired?

I'm 33 and I have watched this show since I was old enough to sit up and watch TV (thanks to MOM). I love it!
I heard Bob was retiring soon, but I don't know when. I don't think he could be replaced. It just wouldn't be the Price is Right without him.

Answers,,, yes, it is true this show has been artound almost as liond as Dick Clark, and like Mr. Clark, Bob Barker will be retiring at the end of this season,,, but not to worry, he will be going to a better place where he can frollick with all of the other spayed and neutered pets he has helped over the years,,, no replacement has been named if the show continues.

Not as much as I used to,,,I hear he is retiring in June,,,I should think they would find a new host...people aren't on there just to see Bob Barker, they are there for the prizes!!

That show's been on FOREVER!! I couldn't imagine Price is Right without Bob Barker.

i been watching the show since 1975 and i never missed a show but bob do end the show in june, now they didnt say rather or not the show will continue.....back in the early 90's they tried to do a 30min show without bob and it didnt work out......so i'm assuming it wouldnt be the same without him......

Bob Barker will continue to do that show until he's no longer physically able. Haven't you seen how long he's been the host?

Yes, I still watch it on occasion. I don't know whether or not, anyone is taking Bob Barkers place, I would imagine that would be hard to do.

OMG loooove it. Retiring in june. My friend laura was on the show last week and won a car!!!! The show airs April 6th at 11am and i think you should watch it!!!!!

OMG!! i remember i was addicted to that show when i was like 10 yrs old.... that was 19 years ago, for one summer that was my fave show at 12pm! that man still alive?? Boy, time flies

I KNOW THAT THIS IS THE LAST SEASON WITH BOB BARKER... I AM NOT SURE IF THEY ARE GETTING A NEW HOST OR IF THE SHOW IS ENDING FOREVER... GOOD QUESTION. KUDOS MY FRIEND.
