I am a man so there is nothing that I do in particular. If I catch a women flirting with her eyes I return the glance with a smile. After 2 or maybe 3 moments like this I go in. Simple rules of attraction.

Saying something REALLY random. that freaks out most people for example i say that i feel attracted to an old teacher @ school and it is hilarious to see their faces because they imediately STOP and look at you.
