Right thigh irritation?

Every few months I will have an issue with the back of my right thigh. My skin will be very irritated and tender to the touch. It last for about 4 days. There are no signs of redness or anything on my skin, but it feels extremely irritated and is painful when touched. Sitting, sex...ect It is always the back of my right thigh this happens.
Anyone can explain this?

It might be something you are wearing that is rubbing against it or an allergic reaction to your laundry soap
